The Striker School of Real Estate is a state licensed and accredited school, where you can take your pre-licensure education.

Successful completion of salesperson or brokers pre-licensure courses is required along with meeting the state qualifications, before you can take your state licensure exam.

SALESPERSON COURSE OVERVIEW AND INFORMATION

$399 Total tuition, including text book and school exam. Discounts are available for students who register together.

75 hour course, student must be present for 80% of the course to be eligible for school exam.

All classes are kept to a small enrollment, so there is a limited availability.

Makeup classes may be arranged for missed hours. We will work with your schedule as best as we can.

After successfully passing the state exam, you will need to be fingerprinted by Sagem Morpho, in order to apply for your license through your sponsoring broker.

You will need to download the correct universal fingerprinting form from the New Jersey Real Estate Commission web site at:

Print and fill out the form, and then you are ready to make your appointment to be fingerprinted, which you can do online at Sagem Morpho’s official site at:
